Vacation Tips

Getting there
The following international airlines offer direct flights to Curaçao: KLM, Arkefly, Airberlin, American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Air Canada, Avianca, Aviorairlines and Surinam Airways. Please let us know if you need any assistance with booking your flight.

Beaches

Almost all Curacao beaches are scattered along the sheltered and calm southwestern coast, where the waters are calm and crystal blue. At some beaches admission is charged, sometimes including a beach chair.

Discover the following beautiful beaches located near our resort:

St. Michiel
Small boats bob in the bay of this traditional fishing town. It has a small beach, also known as Boka Sami with lovely water and a small fishing pier and there are two simple, good local fish restaurants.

Willemstad
A visit to Willemstad brings you Old World charm and contemporary culture. This lively city’s dynamic architecture, activities, and neighborhoods shape the island’s historic center. It offers as well extensive opportunities for dining and (tax-free) shopping.

Architecture
In 1997, the UNESCO World Heritage Site committee selected the historic city center of Willemstad — one of just six Caribbean sites chosen — because of its “outstanding value and integrity, which illustrates the organic growth of a multicultural community over three centuries, and preserves to a high degree significant elements.”
